In the case of availability of previous texts partially overlapping with the text actually to be translated, a mixed revision/translation activity will be carried out, in order to optimize costs for the client by translating only those parts that actually differ from the source text. This is the case, for example, with divisional applications or national validations where the priority text is available in the same required language.
In the case of translations of only the amended parts resulting from a specific procedure (e.g., opposition or appeal), only the amendments made are translated, while maintaining the conformity of the terms with the rest of the unamended text.
